The detail that actually matters

We work close to the River Medway corridor, and older properties near Tonbridge Castle and out towards Penshurst Road can carry serious moisture issues. Damp proofing is something we deal with regularly on those older builds, including putting in chemical damp proof anchors where the original course has broken down. Get that wrong and no finish coat will save you.

When we price a job, we are straight about what the structure actually needs. Honestly, some builders skip the investigation stage and wonder why problems come back. We do not do that.
