What we actually build

Loft conversions are steady work for us around Crystal Palace and Chislehurst, where people want the extra bedroom without losing the garden. Garage conversions are common too. Last year we turned a new garage shell into a home office for a family off the Beckenham Road. Solid job, properly insulated, plastered out clean.

Structural alterations, groundworks, new builds. We do it all. (Groundworks are unglamorous but they are where most projects are won or lost, so we take them seriously.) Blockwork, brickwork, foundations. We carry the right materials for south-east London conditions and we do not cut corners on drainage or DPC.

Renovations and general maintenance
