We are a building company based in Beckenham, and we do this work properly. Extensions, structural alterations, groundworks, loft conversions, new builds, the lot. If it involves bricks, blocks, or foundations, we handle it.

What we build

Over the years, loft conversions have become one of our most requested jobs. A well-executed loft adds genuine living space without touching your footprint. We work with cut roof, attic truss, and dormer configurations depending on what the structure allows.

For extensions, we cover the full range of what is available to homeowners in the UK:

How we work

Right, this is where we differ from a lot of firms. We do not subcontract out the core build. Our own crew handles the blockwork, brickwork, plastering, and rendering. So you know exactly who is on your site.

We cover Beckenham and the surrounding areas. Crystal Palace, Bromley, Penge, all within our regular working patch. We know the housing stock out here, the Victorian terrace construction, the varying soil types, and what BR3 planning tends to allow.

Structural work and groundworks

Structural alterations are a big part of what we do. Steel beam installation, removing load-bearing walls, and underpinning all require proper structural calculations. We work alongside engineers and submit the paperwork correctly. No cutting corners on the technical side.
