What we do

Based in Rugby, we lay patios, pave gardens, and build the kind of outdoor spaces that hold up properly through a British winter. Porcelain, Indian sandstone, concrete flagstone, turfed lawns, fencing and walling. We cover the lot.

Materials and finishes

Every job starts with the right material choice for the site. A few of the things we work with regularly:

• Large-format porcelain tiles, including porcelain corner step tread bullnose on raised terraces
• Indian sandstone in a range of riven finishes
• Concrete flagstones where a harder-wearing surface suits the budget
• Artificial grass and natural turf installations
• Timber fencing and garden walling

How we work

Before a single slab goes down, we assess falls and drainage properly. Sub-base preparation to BS 7533 standards is non-negotiable on every residential install we take on, it determines how the surface performs over years, not just months.

We cover Rugby and the surrounding area. If you are within reasonable distance of Lawrence Sheriff School, we can generally reach you without a call-out charge. Speak to us if you are further out.

Payment terms

We keep this straightforward:

• A deposit of 25 percent is required to secure your start date
• Stage payment on completion of base works
• Final balance due on the day the job is finished
• We accept bank transfer and cash
• No card payments at this time
