A bit of background

A customer once joked that we’d built half of Hythe. He wasn’t far wrong.

We’ve been working across this area long enough to know the ground conditions, the older property styles, and what local planning tends to expect. That familiarity matters more than people realise when a job gets complicated.

What we take on

From a new garage conversion to a full rear extension, we handle the kind of work that shapes how a home actually functions day to day. Groundworks, brickwork, structural alterations, loft conversions, plastering and rendering, general maintenance, it’s all within our scope and we do it properly.

Where we work

We cover Hythe and the surrounding area regularly, including out towards Folkestone, Sandgate, and Dymchurch. (I’ll be honest, I’ve probably spent more time on the Hythe Road than my own street some weeks.) We know the CT21 postcode well and we’re familiar with the kind of ground and drainage issues that come up in coastal builds.

How we work

We’re not a big firm chasing volume. We keep the work manageable so every job gets proper attention from people who know what they’re doing. However large or small the project, we turn up on time and we leave the site clean.

We use quality materials throughout, we explain what we’re doing and why, and we don’t disappear once the deposit is paid. Straightforward, really, though apparently that still sets a business apart.
