I’m based in Lusk, County Dublin, and I’ve been sorting guttering problems for homeowners and landlords across north Dublin for years. We cover everything from a cracked joint on a uPVC run to a full gutter and fascia replacement on a detached house.

On older properties I do a lot of cast iron restoration work. Gutters last longer than people think when they’re properly maintained, that’s the truth of it. On newer builds near the Balbriggan Road Industrial Estate area I’m seeing more aluminium seamless runs going in, and they’re well worth the upgrade over standard uPVC sections.

What to expect when I come out to survey

1. I check the full length of gutter for fall, joints, and bracket condition.
2. I look at the fascia and soffit boards behind it. No point fitting new gutters to rotten timber.
3. I price the job clearly before any work starts. No surprises on the invoice.

We work in half-round and ogee profiles as standard. Square-line is no problem either. If you’ve got a decorative hopper head that needs restoring rather than replacing, bring it up when I call out, we deal with those regularly.
