What kind of work do we actually cover?

We handle everything from a single cracked downpipe to a full rainwater system stripped back and replaced from scratch. uPVC, aluminium seamless, cast iron restoration, half-round profiles, ogee, square-line. If it carries water off a roof in south County Dublin, we deal with it. Areas from A94 out to K78 are well within our regular run.

Fascia and soffit replacement comes as part of that picture too. A lot of the time, once the old guttering comes down, the boarding behind it needs attention. We recognise that early and talk it through with the customer before anything gets priced.

What about repairs rather than full replacement?

Repairs make up a good share of what we do week to week. One thing that comes up more than people expect is gutter union seal silicone failure, where the joint between two gutter sections starts to weep and the water tracks back behind the fascia. Catching that early saves a lot of grief. We re-align brackets, adjust the fall, replace unions and reseal properly.

Anything else worth knowing?

We also fit leaf guards and gutter mesh, connect new systems to existing soakaways and gullies, and supply hopper heads and rainwater diverters where they are needed. Honestly, the jobs that get left too long are always the ones that cost more. A small repair in October is rarely a small repair by February.
