Patio Installation across Epping, Essex

Right, here’s the honest version. Not every material suits every garden. Coastal salt exposure is a real issue, and I’ve seen sea-spray conditions further east absolutely eat through cheap pointing and poorly sealed stone. So when I spec a job, I’m picking materials that will actually hold. Indian sandstone needs proper sealing. Porcelain needs the right adhesive bed. I don’t cut corners on that.

We work with natural stone, block paving, porcelain, and concrete flagstones. Each material has its own prep requirements. Get that prep wrong and you’re relaying it inside three years. We don’t do that to people, it’s not how we work.

Fencing and walling are part of what we cover too. A new patio with a falling-down fence beside it looks desperate, so we tend to sort the whole lot in one visit where we can. Saves the customer time and keeps everything looking tidy together.
