From groundworks and foundations right through to full extensions and structural alterations, we handle the whole job ourselves. No farming it out. No cutting corners on materials or method. We have been doing this work across Cork City long enough to know what the ground conditions are like out near Blarney, what planning officers expect on projects close to the English Market quarter, and how exposed sites around Blackrock need to be detailed properly.

Loft conversions are something we get asked about regularly. A lot of homeowners do not realise how much usable floor area is sitting above them. Right, that square footage rarely needs as much structural intervention as people expect, though we always check load-bearing capacity and rafter sizing before anything else goes on paper.

How we work

We keep our sites tidy. We show up when we say we will. We use solid block and brick, properly mixed mortar, and we do not rush a foundation set just to move on to the next stage. Those are not extras. That is just the standard.

So if you have had builders walk away mid-job or leave you with something that needs fixing six months later, we understand why you are cautious.
