That’s the problem I started Kildare Builders to fix. Too many people around Naas, out towards Sallins, over near Punchestown, and up by the Curragh, have been left with unfinished work or shoddy foundations. We don’t operate that way.

We do the full range of building work, from the ground up or the roof down. Blockwork, brickwork, groundworks, extensions, full renovations, new builds. I’ve done more structural alterations than I can count, and converting garages into proper living space is one of those jobs that genuinely transforms how a home works for a family.

We work with solid materials, poured concrete, block, brick, sand and cement render. None of the shortcuts that look fine in photographs and fall apart inside two winters.

Plastering gets underestimated constantly, it is the finish that makes or breaks how a room feels, and we take it seriously. That’s not a hot take, that’s just experience talking.

However good your plans are, the build only works if the groundwork is sound. Every job we take on starts with that mindset, whether it’s a single-storey extension off a kitchen or a full new structure from foundations up.

We cover Naas and the surrounding areas across County Kildare. No job is handed off to someone we haven’t worked with. Our team is small enough to stay hands-on, which matters when you’re trusting someone with your home.
