Converting garages is something we get called out for a lot. People assume it’s a quick job, it never is. Done properly, you’re looking at insulation, damp-proofing, re-roofing in some cases, and making sure the electrics are up to scratch before anyone calls it a room.

How we work

We use solid block and brickwork, proper mortar mixes, and we don’t cut corners on foundations because they’re underground and nobody will see them. However, plenty of builders do cut those corners, and you usually find out a few winters later.

We keep the site tidy, we turn up when we say we will, and we talk to you straight if something unexpected comes up mid-job. That’s not a promise on a website, that’s just how we run things.
