Converting garages is something we get called out for regularly. A lot of homeowners around the Wirral peninsula sit on underused space and do not realise how straightforward a conversion can be. We have done plenty of them, and they are good value for what you get back.

How we work

We are methodical. We measure twice. We do not rush the prep work because that is where most problems start. Corners cut early cost serious money later, and we are not interested in callbacks.

Every job gets a proper look before we price it. We visit the site. We talk through what you actually need (and sometimes what you do not need, which saves you money). We give you a straight figure.

Where we work

We cover Neston and the surrounding area. That takes in work around Parkgate, out towards Heswall, and across to the Wirral Country Park side of things. However, if you are slightly further afield and the job is worth the travel, give us a ring and we will sort it.

Why it matters who you use

Brickwork done badly shows. Render that is not mixed right cracks. A foundation that has not been dug to the right depth will move. We have gone in after other builders before. It is not a pretty sight.

We use the right materials for the conditions. Proper drainage. Correct block and mortar spec for the ground type. Straight lines. Level floors.
