We are a building contractor based in Runcorn, Cheshire. Extensions, new builds, structural work, groundworks, loft conversions, plastering, the lot. If it involves bricks, blocks, or foundations, we handle it.

What we do

We cover the full range of residential building work across Runcorn and the surrounding areas. That takes in everything from a single-storey rear extension to a full new build from the ground up. We do the structural alterations most builders avoid, and we do them properly.

When it comes to extensions, we build across every type available in the UK:

How we work

We keep things straight. You get a clear price before we start. No vague estimates that double by the time we hit the roof plate. Most of our work comes from referrals in areas like Halton, Frodsham, and near the Mersey Gateway corridor, which tells you something about how we operate.

Right, the structural side matters too. We work to BS 8103 and coordinate with structural engineers on anything involving load-bearing alterations, so the work is signed off correctly, not just built and hoped for.

We are not the cheapest contractor in the postcode. However, the quality of our blockwork, our brickwork coursing, and our finishes reflects what we charge. Corners do not get cut. Materials do not get swapped out without your say-so.
