What we do

We lay patios, paving, and boundary structures. That is the core of it.

Based in Donaghmede, we work across north Dublin on everything from full garden renovations to straightforward turf replacements. We have spent years reading how Dublin soil behaves, and anyone laying hard surfaces around here needs to understand Dublin boulder clay, which holds water and moves under load if the sub-base is not done right from the start.

Each material has its own laying method, its own drainage requirements, and its own long-term maintenance profile. We factor all of that in before we price a job.

Full garden and patio builds

We handle new builds and renovations. Older gardens often need more groundwork than they look like they will. We strip back, assess, and build the sub-base properly before a single slab goes down.

So a lot of what we do is drainage. Short sentences here. Levels matter. Falls matter. Water has to go somewhere. We fit ACO channel drains across driveway thresholds where surface water needs a controlled exit point before it reaches the public footpath.

Boundary work and lawns

Alongside the hard landscaping, we build timber and panel fencing, brick boundary walls, and we lay new lawn turf. A properly finished garden needs its edges defined. We take that seriously.

Porcelain tile installations use a flexible adhesive mortar bedded over a rigid slab sub-base, which is a different system entirely from a traditional sand-and-cement bed.
