We price every job individually. A porcelain patio on a prepared base is a different day’s work to pulling up a sunken old-style slab job, sorting the sub-base, and relaying the whole thing level. But we handle both. We pick up materials from Chadwicks when we need to top up on sand, cement, or edging, so there’s no delay waiting on deliveries holding your job back.

And we don’t walk away the minute the last slab is down. Jointing, pointing, drainage falls, the small stuff that makes the difference a year later, that’s all part of what we price in from the start.
