We are a residential building contractor handling everything from groundworks up to the finished plaster coat. That covers new builds, structural alterations, loft conversions, and full garage conversions. We also take on extensions across the full range that UK homeowners typically consider.

What we get into on site

When conditions call for it, damp proofing is something we deal with properly. On older Cheshire properties especially, we regularly install chemical damp proof anchors injected into the mortar course, which is far more reliable than a surface coat on its own. It is the kind of detail that actually protects the building long term.

Plastering and rendering are part of our scope too. Honestly, the number of patch repairs we get called in to fix after someone else cut corners on the substrate prep is fairly eye-opening. We do not work that way.

Renovations and general maintenance

We take on renovation projects of most scales, from a single room restructure to a full house reconfiguration. Structural alterations, new openings, steel beam installation, general maintenance. If it involves the fabric of the building, we can usually help.
