Sealing is something we always recommend. We clean the roof first. Properly. Then we seal it. That combination keeps moss from coming straight back and gives the tiles real protection against the wet.

Right, a word on materials. We use a biocidal wash before any sealing goes down. It kills off what’s already there. No shortcuts.

So many lads just power wash and leave. We don’t do that. Kilkenny gets enough rain that without a proper treatment, you’re back to square one inside a year.

Short sentences matter here. Roofs fail quietly. Damage builds up. You often don’t see it. Then it’s costly. Act before that.
