The Ground Under Your Feet Matters
Irish rain does not forgive a badly laid patio. I’ve seen falls set wrong by a centimetre end up pooling water against back doors every winter. We get that right from the start. That’s the whole job, really.
We are based in Oldtown and we cover the surrounding areas, doing ground-up patio installations, garden renovations, pathways, and fencing. Not glamorous work on paper. But the results last.
What We Work With
When it comes to surfacing, we give customers a proper choice. Every material has its own character and its own price point:
- Indian sandstone
- Porcelain paving
- Limestone slabs
- Granite slabbing
- General garden paving
We also lay new lawns by turf, build wooden fencing, and take on bricklaying where the job calls for it. One crew, one job, start to finish.
Renovation Work
Plenty of the gardens we go into are not new builds. Older patios lift, sink, and shift (especially on clay-heavy ground that’s had a few wet winters through it). We assess what’s there, strip it back where needed, and relay properly. Some of it is straightforward. Some of it is not.
We’ve worked on gardens near St Vincent’s GAA Club and all across north Dublin. Every job is different underfoot.
Why the Detail Matters
Drainage and falls set correctly make the difference between a patio that works and one that turns into a lake by November. We take the groundwork seriously before a single slab goes down. Corners cut at that stage show up fast.
However good the finish looks on day one, it means nothing if the base is wrong. We do not cut corners on the base.
