The external wall insulation we install is finished with a silicone render coat. It handles Irish weather well, it breathes properly, and it gives the house a clean finish. A lot of customers are surprised how much the outside of the house improves once it’s done.

Damp, condensation, and heat loss

These problems tend to show up together. And in older Kilkenny properties, we see it constantly. Poor insulation lets warm air hit cold surfaces, and that’s where the condensation starts. We sort the root cause, not just the symptom.
