How We Work

We survey before we quote. Every property is different, and getting the specification right at the start saves a lot of problems later on.

Matters quickly.

On the technical side, we work with products that meet the requirements of IS EN 13162 and related European standards, so our customers know the materials installed are independently assessed for thermal performance.

We also help customers navigate SEAI grant support. The paperwork side of that can feel complicated, however we walk people through it from the initial application right through to sign-off, so nothing stalls unnecessarily.

Damp and Condensation

A lot of the calls we get are actually about damp walls or persistent condensation rather than cold rooms. Poor insulation and air leakage are usually the root cause, and addressing both together is how we resolve it properly.
