What we actually do on site

New patio installations are our bread and butter. We dig out, set the sub-base properly, get the drainage falls right, and bed everything so it stays put. We’ve relaid sunken slabs on jobs where the original base was little more than a scrape of sand, and the difference a proper build-up makes is something homeowners notice within the first winter.

And it’s not only the patio surface itself. We put in garden paths, lay kerbing, and tie everything together so it looks like one job rather than a patchwork.

Fencing, walling and lawns

We also handle the surrounding work that most patio contractors leave to someone else. Wooden fencing installations, garden walling in brick or block, and lawn installations whether that’s roll-on turf or artificial grass laid on a prepared base. It keeps the project tidy and saves you managing three different trades.

We source good materials. But we’re not buying from Chadwicks in Dublin, we’re working with local suppliers here in Essex who can get what we need quickly and keep the job moving.
