What kind of work do we take on?

We handle the full range, from patching a worn ridge tile after a rough winter to fitting new roofs and flat roofs from the ground up. Slate, concrete tile, EPDM rubber membrane, felt, you name it, we have worked with it across properties throughout the CH2 postcode and beyond.

Where do we work?

We cover Mickle Trafford and the surrounding area regularly, including out towards Chester itself, across to Guilden Sutton, and over towards Mollington. These are areas we know well, and the kind of weather that rolls in off the Dee valley is something we plan around, not something that catches us off guard.

What does the repair side look like?

Most call-outs are leak investigations and chimney repointing (honestly, chimneys cause more trouble than people expect). We also deal with guttering that has pulled away from the fascia, cracked soffits, and slipped or missing tiles. Does any of that sound familiar? It probably does if your roof is more than fifteen years old.

What about full installations?

When a repair simply will not cut it any longer, we talk through a full replacement honestly. No pressure either way. Our work on flat roofs uses quality EPDM or GRP fibreglass depending on what suits the structure. However, the material choice always comes down to the building, not what is easiest for us.
