I’ve been working on rooftops across Wicklow, County Wicklow for long enough to know what the weather here does to a building. The wind off the Irish Sea hits hard around Wicklow Head, and by the time you add the rain that rolls in over the Vale of Avoca, your roof is taking a battering that most people don’t think about until something goes wrong.
